A deeply relaxing holistic wellness session on the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea where participants float on a paddleboard or support in calm water while being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and sound healing instruments. It combines gentle buoyancy with therapeutic sound frequencies to help ease tension, restore balance, and quiet the mind. Cost – $35KYD

Stay Comfortable and Prepared for Your Wellness Journey

We recommend wearing clothing that you’re comfortable in and don’t mind getting wet! This can be a swimsuit, shorts, leggings, UPF top, hat, and sunglasses. Wear sunglasses at your own risk as they can fall off your head when you fall in the water.

At the end of the day, wear what you’re comfortable in and enjoy your class!
